🚀 We are Perspektywy Women in Tech, a mission-driven non-profit organization that inspires, connects, and supports women in technologies, science, and innovation. Our goal is to support female empowerment, enhance career development, shape technology and positively impact the future.

🚀 We know now is the time to strengthen bridges. Make Bold Choices. Be the change you want to see in the tech world. And that is what we have been doing for the last 15+ years.Through our flagship campaigns Girls As Engineers! and Girls Go Science! we managed to increase the share of women at technical universities in Poland by 10%. We also conduct countless inspirational activities for young women in technologies and science: IT for SHE, Shesnnovation Academy and Girls in GameDev to name a few.

🚀 Our main event, the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit, a conference for women in STEM, Tech & IT, was the first climate-positive event in Poland and inspired a new era of sustainability and responsibility. We implement climate-positive solutions and set best practices through all of our work.
