Our Center of Excellence team is looking for an exceptional Consultant to lead Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability services and join our community of talented experts.

You will be a key member of the ESG Services team responsible for developing ESG services consulting offerings and domain solutions that address critical business needs and deliver measurable client value. You will support pursuits with prospects and clients (in partnership with sales and solution teams.

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
  • A domain solutions group providing diverse domain consulting services focused on enabling our clients to drive digital transformation, increase efficiency and grow business from sales, through solution design, to delivery, and practice
  • A team responsible for driving the domain solutions strategy, with the objective of keeping the current and future offerings (solutions & services) aligned to key business priorities for enterprise clients, and markets, regulatory changes, and evolving business needs
  • A group that leads from the front (perform and mentor) on key consulting engagements including (but not limited to) oversight of consulting engagement delivery, the direction of technical experts and professional services teams, practice and client leadership teams
  • An organization that drives pursuit teams in partnership with sales including opportunity identification and qualification, understanding client needs and objectives, articulating and formulating solutions design for proposals and statements of work that align to the client needs while managing delivery risk and working with the sales team through deal progression and signing
  • All roles at prospects and customers – including Business leaders and representatives, as well as CIO, CTO, IT Architects, and technical staff
  • Multiple disciplines and departments, including technical SMEs and executive leadership, both within clients and SoftServe
  • Meeting with, cooperating with, and coordinating prospective and existing enterprise clients to gain an understanding of their business strategy, objectives, transformation initiatives in progress, business requirements, and technology infrastructure; proposing solutions aligned with their strategy
  • Preparing and delivering presentations, demonstrations, and discussing case studies with industry audiences, analysts, partners, and industry press to strengthen our company brand and demonstrate our capabilities

  • Drive SoftServe’s ESG & Sustainability services sales process and methodologies, collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Engagement Management, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Account Management) to effectively close new businesses and grow existing ones
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to build domain cross-functional solutions that drive measurable business value for financial services prospects & clients enabling solutions-led growth and repeatability
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with clients & internal leadership
  • Contribute to social media, industry forums, and internal collaboration tools to promote our company brand and demonstrate world-class proficiencies

Wymagania

A professional showing the below-mentioned expertise

  • ESG and Sustainability services with demonstrated experience leading technical and business challenges
  • 8-10 years in financial services, supply chain, energy, or manufacturing
  • At least 5 years in consulting company-leading pursuits (or sales)
  • ESG & Sustainability programs and regulations, opinion leader, and active market listener
  • Building internal partnerships and working across organizational boundaries to accomplish objectives for your clients
  • Success in market research, ideation, developing business requirements, and solution architecture options
  • Confidence in creating product roadmaps and multiphase solution delivery
  • A concept of varied business challenges and opportunities in ESG & Sustainability services, clear articulation of the business benefits from the sustainability programs, risk awareness, and articulation of the compliances required by the external authorities
  • True consultancy: comprehensive in analysis, thorough in presentation, and confident in taking a position
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into non-technical business value
  • Exceptional business acumen to understand formal and informal organizational structures, assess risk, understand and contribute to strategy formulation, structure KPIs and OKRs, and identify ways to improve business processes and operations
  • Perpetual curiosity about new and emerging trends in financial services and ability to quickly recognize business opportunities for them
