As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the projects handled/supported by Shared Service Center or within the Finance area. The projects may be related to different areas, such as: Business applications, transitions of processes or improvements. As a Project Manager, you will take the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.

In this role, you will:
- ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure the execution of projects, resource availability and allocation.
- assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, report and escalate to management as needed. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders as well as with third parties/vendors. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- perform risk management to minimize project risks
- delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- use and continually develop leadership skills
- attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- perform other related duties as assigned
- together with Management Team identifies process / system improvement opportunities.
- support building business cases related with transitions / migrations / process placement.
- support Management Team in broadening the SSC scope of services.
- involvement in service pricing / service charges.
Wymagania
Your profile:
- University degree in IT, Finance, Operations or Management
- Min. 2 years of experience within shared services industry or Finance area or relevant experience in Project Management
- Experience in participating/leading projects and initiatives including experience in implementation of IT tools for finance.
- Broad knowledge of project management methodologies
- E2E awareness of SSC processes
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Excellent planning abilities
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts
- Strong analytical, project and service management skills
- Good knowledge about process mapping / process documentation frameworks
- Knowledge related with migration strategies (e.g. lift – shift – drop; lift – drop etc.)
