The opportunity

Location: Warsaw/London

Full-time: 30-40 hours/week

Start date: May 2023

Duration: 12-16 weeks

At GeoComply, we empower the future of digital trust as well as the future of our people. As an Impact Intern, you will support our Impact team with various social responsibility initiatives, collaborating with teams across the business to ensure we are having a positive social impact, listening and responding to our communities, and achieving our goals.

• Running events: Support the planning and execution of internal company observances and events that integrate diversity, equity and inclusion into the company culture
• Monitoring success: Support metrics, reporting and data governance that advises IMPACT decisions, planning and progress management
• Effectively communicating: Plan internal and external communications relating to IMPACT initiatives
• Keeping up-to-date: conducting research on the industry, academic and expert best practices to help guide IMPACT initiatives
• Keeping Things Organized: Scheduling and attending meetings with various teams by creating agendas, capturing key decisions and next steps, and following up as needed
  

All the Other Things: conducting various other IMPACT projects as required - there’s a lot that can be done!

• Educated. You are working towards a degree in business, arts, sociology or a similar field of study
• Passionate. You have a demonstrated passion for social responsibility, equality and making a positive impact.
• Analytical. You have an eye for detail and have the ability to interpret data into simple, intuitive information.
• Organized and agile. You have excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills. You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support a rapidly growing technology company.
• Exceptional communication skills. Whether it is written or verbal, people know what you mean, what you are asking for, and what is expected.
• Proficient. You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and G Suite Programs (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
• Bi-lingual: Polish and English language fluency is a mandatory requirement of this role

Bonus Points if You

• Are experienced in running group events
• Have knowledge of or experience with polish charities
• Are Familiar with common SaaS applications such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
