The People & Culture Generalist contributes to GeoComply’s success by managing and executing key HR operations to drive overall employee engagement and performance across Polish and European. Working closely with the HR team, this position ensures that all HR administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs are completed to a high degree of excellence.

• Own the onboarding process and new hire experience across Europe;
• Maintain employee regulations and policies and procedures related (but not limited) to day-to-day expectations, employee conduct, and performance expectations and management; develop new handbooks and policies/procedures as required; plan and facilitate regular training and rollouts;
• Execute on the administration of compensation and benefits plans;
• Responsible for all employment agreements and independent consultant contract management and administration, and employee documentation;
• Monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements, including Health & Safety legislation;
• Facilitate all exit and off-boarding processes and procedures;
• Lead special projects and initiatives, including end-to-end change implementation in the area of benefits and law changes;
• Develop standard processes for all HR functions; ensure all manuals, policies and technical documentation related to HR department are developed and maintained;
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s technologies, processes and teams;
• Understand the company’s goal and purpose and continually enhance the company’s performance.

• Minimum 2-4 years as an HR Generalist; previous experience working in a start-up/high-growth environment is an asset;
• Ability to work with teams across various geographies, providing a high level of support across different cultures and perspectives;
• Adaptable and flexible, thrive in a high-growth environment and know when to ask for help or escalate issues. The kind of person who can learn from mistakes and have a bias for action and a growth mindset;
• You are a solutions-focused problem solver who always sees a path forward to success;
• You are an exceptional communicator and can build relationships with anyone you work with;
• You are organized and have fantastic attention to detail, aiming higher and higher each day.

• You have knowledge working in Jira, Confluence and Google suite;
• You have experience working in a hyper-growth/ startup environment.
