Tech to The Rescue is growing tremendously, and we are looking for a proactive and experienced People Operations Specialist with focus on recruitment to join our team. Of course, your responsibilities would not be limited with hiring only, though it will be a huge part of your daily work routine. You will have a lot of space to share and implement your ideas, as well as to develop in other People Ops areas like newcomers experience, people development and culture enhancing. Obowiązki

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process (from strategy and requirements gathering to strategy execution);
  • Generate talent pool for open positions using different sourcing techniques and direct outreach;
  • Support other hiring team members at all of the recruitment stages;
  • Support the full employee experience process (onboarding and newcomers experience, people development and offboarding);
  • Support and enhance the existing culture across the organization;
  • Experiment a lot: there’s still so much more we could do to make our people operations perfect - so, let’s do it!

Wymagania

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Has lots of ideas on how to make the recruitment process great;
  • Loves people and wants to provide the best candidates and people (inside TTTR) experience possible;
  • Loves recruitment with whole his/her heart;

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced level of English (both written and spoken);
  • Proven experience of managing the full-cycle recruitment process;
  • Strong skills in candidates evaluation (starting with CV screening and finishing with excellent great interviewing skills);
  • Well-structured approach in managing candidates pipeline, processes and own projects;
  • Strong software literacy and experience in using different ATS/CRM/HRM systems;
  • Excellent communication skills

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in creative writing (you definitely know how to make a job description or an outreach message appealing, adjusting it to the organization’s tone of voice);
  • Experience in managing the employee lifecycle (we’d love to hear about the onboarding tweaks you’ve implemented before and some other people experience projects you launched!)
