We are currently recruiting for a flexible, cross-functional Projects Coordinators group in our Warsaw office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business and form part of a friendly and talented regional team.

Obowiązki

  • Having the capacity to support and assist Business Leaders, Directors and Project Leaders across all disciplines, dealing with various projects related to the building industry, planning and sustainability development, starting with the initial contact with the client to the final delivery of a design or report.
  • Cooperating with the multi-disciplinary external and internal design teams and coordinating of successful delivery of the respective parts of the design or report.
  • Recording, monitoring and coordinating design team actions in the delivery of multi-discipline design services against agreed deadlines, monitoring the scope and contract responsibilities.
  • Help to facilitate project coordination meetings, making sure minutes are prepared, recorded, and distributed.
  • Supporting Project Leaders with the management of project information – RFI schedules, client comments, correspondence logs, watchlists, technical queries, etc.
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence, ensuring we are compliant with the following initiatives: health and safety, compliance induction training, ISO 9001:2015 ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018.

Wymagania

  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the building industry, e.g.: consultancy, design, development, construction, advisory etc., including client contact.
  • Be committed to optimising the time of the individuals you support, helping them to manage their time most effectively.
  • Be a proficient multi-tasker as you will be juggling various diaries and priorities - as well as prioritising your own time and workload accordingly.
  • Be a self-motivator, but equally happy to work as part of a team where required.
  • Be confident in your abilities and maintain discretion and professionalism across all aspects of your role.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing both Polish and English.

Ideally, you will also have...

  • Good at problem-solving and confident at managing challenges efficiently and calmly, as and when they arise.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills - confident at building and maintaining relationships - liaising with engineers, sub-consultants, clients as well as the company’s Senior Leadership team and external stakeholders.
