Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for a colleague, who would join our professional, active team and will take the full responsibility and drive the business development providing oversight and leadership of the finance function in Poland, optimize the business's financial performance and strategy. • Manage the finance function including strategic financial planning, reporting, M&A, financing, business financial optimization and compliance
• Arrange and control the companies' financial performance, treasury, cash management, debt facilities, risk management, audits, tax compliance
• Lead the optimization solutions for Ignitis Group subsidiaries in Poland over financial operations and financial reporting
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with banks and other funding organizations
• Coordinate and organize the preparation of the budgets, monthly performance reports, long term and short term financial forecasts
• Keep close communication and be the main point of contact for auditors, Lenders’ advisors, Ignitis group financial management and other stakeholders
• Active participate in project financing arrangements.

• Have degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field
• Have 5+ years of overall finance management and control experience (perfect match for investment banking sector or Big4 companies)
• Have practical experience and knowledge of IFRS
• Have ACCA/CFA qualification (advantage)
• Have excellent English and Polish languages skills (both verbal & written)
• Are proficient user of MS Office programs
• Have strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key business drivers
• Are result-oriented, responsible, proactive and willing to improve
