COMMERCIAL ASSET MANAGER PV/WIND FARMS

We are looking for a colleague, who would join the professional, active, courageous team of Ignitis Poland and help us take care of technical and commercial viability of the group assets. • Commercial responsibility for your appointed assets in Poland
• Follow-up on budgets and cash flow forecasts, including deviation analysis and reporting
• Prepare monthly financial and operational accounts for all parties inside the investment field
• Control income and expense for projects in operation
• Contract negotiation and follow-up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.)
• Build up a good trustful relationship with investors, local partners, utilities, and landowners
• Compliance and reporting to authorities
• Perform daily responsibilities related with existing Power Purchase Agreement(s) and cooperation with respective contracts counter parties.

• Have a university degree in commercial, technical or financial field
• Have 3+ years of relevant working experience in a commercial or financial role
• Are well aware of the European regulatory framework for generation licenses, power trading and PPA mechanisms across the EU
• Are fluent in English language
• Have solid IT skills - especially Microsoft Excel
• Are familiar with profit and loss account and balance sheets
• Have good negotiation and communication skills, are analytical, result oriented, proactive.
