Communications and Partnerships Specialist/Manager

Thanks to a recent strategic partnership with Google, Tent is expanding its presence in Polandand working towards creating a tech platform to better connect Ukrainians to jobs and training atmajor companies at scale. We are looking to recruit a passionate, hard-working, bright, andpersuasive Community Outreach Specialist/Manager, to develop and execute a strategy torecruit Ukrainians to enroll on the platform.

- Map the ecosystem of diaspora groups, NGOs, grassroots/community organizations,Ukrainian influencers, social media groups, etc. that reach and are used by displacedUkrainians in Poland

- Working with the Poland Country Director and other members of the Tent team, draft anoutreach strategy to raise awareness of Tent’s tech platform in Poland encouragingdisplaced Ukrainians to sign up to it

- Forge strong relationships with a variety of Ukrainian organizations in Poland (andoccasionally in Ukraine) via a mix of 1:1 meetings with community leaders andinfluencers, public presentations/speaker opportunities, virtual meetings, etc.

- Set up effective project management systems and databases to track progress andworkstreams

- Be responsible for adapting and drafting marketing and comms materials such as pressreleases, PowerPoint Presentations, and social media posts in Ukrainian

- Actively participate in social media / Telegram conversations to drive awareness of Tentand our tech platform, encouraging Ukrainians to adopt its use

- Bachelor’s degree

- Written and spoken fluency of Ukrainian essential; ability to work in English (with otherTent colleagues)

- Second-to-none relationship management skills

- Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills

- A solid understanding of and experience using social media for campaigning

- Experience working in fast-paced start-up environments juggling multiple projects andcompeting deadlines

- Strong, proven project management skills

- Forensic attention to detail

- Knowledge of Ukrainian and Polish organisations supporting Ukrainian refugees inPoland
