We are looking for a talented Communications Manager who will manage the company's public relations and let us stay on top of the latest relevant media topics and cultural trends.

Obowiązki

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that supports the ZnanyLekarz mission “To make the healthcare experience more human” by managing the areas of: public / media relations, social media, corporate and internal communications.
  • Work closely with different parts of the business and its leaders (the Country Manager, and global marketing leaders) to support the company’s objectives by preparing press releases, statements, Q&As, and other content as needed, as well as internal communications.
  • Support the local lead generation team in different projects on an ongoing basis such as content development and events.
  • Educate journalists and other opinion leaders about our company and our range of products for doctors and clinics. Proactively manage our reputation in the local market and help improve that perception long-term.
  • Create and maintain a communications calendar, ensuring all projects and activities are executed on time and within budget.
  • Manage ZnanyLekarz social media accounts, creating and curating content that engages with our target audience and promotes our brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including media, influencers, and healthcare industry leaders. Leverage these relationships to drive positive news coverage about the company.
  • Manage monitoring tools and analyze media coverage to understand public sentiment, and react quickly and appropriately to opportunities to positively influence our brand reputation.
  • In alignment with Country Manager and Global CMO, set quarterly goals and provide regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders.

Wymagania

  • University degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in communications or public relations either within an agency serving technology clients, or inside a tech company. Experience in the healthcare and/or technology industry is a plus.
  • Native Polish fluency and English at C1 level or higher is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging, long-form content such as blog articles, as well as short, impactful statements and/or social media posts.
  • Familiarity with using social media platforms and analytics tools. Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus.
  • Very goal-oriented – we all have quarterly goals aligning to growth and revenue objectives and do whatever it takes to achieve them.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously including good planning and project management skills. “Scrappy” attitude in being able to use limited resources to execute on projects.
