Continuous Improvement Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. The Continuous Improvement Specialist will work closely with all departments to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and increase efficiency.

• Develop and implement the continuous improvement program for the organization.
• Participate and execute continuous improvement projects and initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work closely with all departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process inefficiencies.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process improvements.
• Use Project Management, Change Management and Process Improvement disciplines to successfully deliver and embed change.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Experience integrating cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, others.
• English working proficiency.
• Certifications on quality improvement methodologies and/or project management
