ESG Professional

Polish Properties is seeking to employ a free-lance professional with the following qualifications and experience.

• Master's degree in engineering and/or architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Fluent in English
• Experience in sustainability applied to construction
• Knowledge of relevant ESG regulations and standards (SFDR, EU Taxonomy, main international standards as GRI, PRI, ESG scoring as GRESB)
• Preferably: post graduate diploma in sustainability and/or LEED AP/WELL/BREEAM qualified
• Plus: knowledge of Italian language
• Location: Warsaw
