Event/project coordinator

Center for Leadership with its programs brings world-class leadership education to Poland. We are looking for an Event/Project Coordinator who will bring their experience and passion to our small, highly committed, and impactful team. We hope that a person in this role will support the efforts of the founders and educators to deliver the best educational experience to all participants by organizing the program end-to-end.

Your role: Programs run for 12 months, with periods of application, recruitment, sessions, and graduation, each of them requiring slightly different skills and areas of expertise. We are looking for a person who will support us in daily work with administrative tasks for specific projects under supervision and make sure that everything is running smoothly, which includes:

➡️ Content Management and Email Marketing

➡️ Educational Event Management

➡️ PR communication and Brand Management

➡️ Community Management

➡️ Overseeing all daily operations and activities with ordering new supplies and materials, keeping track of budgeting details

➡️ Engagement in the creation of short and long-term strategic plans

➡️ Learning about every aspect of each project they work on

➡️ Are passionate and want to participate in bringing the best quality of education to Poland with a real impact on society (event and social media marketing experience is an advantage)

➡️ Want to build and be a part of a selective network of outstanding professionals from all fields

➡️ Have previous experience in coordinating similar projects (preferably 2+ years)

➡️ Are looking for a long-term position

➡️ Want to take ownership over a large-scale educational initiative with high impact

➡️ Have impressive organizational skills and the ability to build scenarios in case of change

➡️ Are stress-resilient

➡️ Have excellent communication skills: assertive, positive thinking, can-do attitude, impeccable manners

➡️ Are proficient in written and spoken English

As an Event/Project Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to participate in all sessions of the programs that are taught by world-class educators from Harvard and other top institutions.
