Finance Operations (Accounting) Associate

We are looking for a Finance Ops Associate to join our Finance Team based in Warsaw. You will be joining a very skilled and motivated team of people, whose mission is to structure, analyze, and forecast.

Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, your role is to ensure the processing of all accounting documents (Invoices, Purchase Orders, Expense Reports) for all the departments and subsidiaries of BlaBlaCar.

• Accounting and management activities in your area in a timely manner
• Monitoring and controlling the procurement to pay process (purchase orders, invoices, receipts, credit notes etc.)
• Invoices and expense reports processing
• Follow-Up on payments

• You have an accounting academic background or you have previous experience in accounting
• You are proactive and you are willing to propose improvements to current processes
• You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
• You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
• You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English, as you will be in constant contact with all of our offices around the world
• Nice to have: any other language such as French, Spanish, German or Portuguese
