Global Learning Communication Expert

• Work in close collaboration in a team of over 30 colleagues within the COO Academy such as learning consultants, content developers, trainers, implementation experts etc.
• Manage communication and events
• Define strategy and manage implementation
• Lead projects, campaigns and events. Building our presence, our communities, the engagement with our learning audience and visibility for our products, services and success.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with corporate internal communications, change communications or reputation management in an international organization with a large diversity of stakeholders.
• You are a versatile communication professional with a passion for thinking and doing and have earned your stripes in the profession, you have experience in creating articles or emails or (briefing others) developing different content, like videos or podcasts, comes just as naturally.
• You have a strong affinity with Learning & Development, you helping people grow and fulfilling their ambitions and you are key in their journey in providing them with the instruments and communication to support that.
• You contribute to improving our internal communication with your creativity and analytical mind. You know how to convince - even with resistance - based on content and personal influence.
• You know how to design and implement engaging communication strategies and instruments that connect to the audience and manage a mix of communication channels and know how to stimulate engagement and behaviour.
• You’re experienced in campaign management and event organization, digital, hybrid, on-site).
• You’re able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels of seniority and across functions and locations
• You are a great team player, able to move easily between roles
• You are pro-active, can-do, no surprises and a role-model for the ING Orange code.
• You have excellent Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and collaboration tools such as Teams and Yammer have no secrets for you.
• You are fluent in English
