Zing AI Coach is a digital fitness companion app that can make a fitness program for you and motivate, educate, and help you achieve your fitness goals. 3 years ago, we launched the company to create the first AI-powered fitness product to replace the personal trainer's function and successfully succeeded with that vision. We develop breakthrough AI solutions that combine deep knowledge of the user's condition with comprehensive competencies in fitness.

Where you will make an impact

• Ensuring revenue growth by identifying and implementing areas for expansion
• Formulating and testing hypotheses to discover effective solutions
• Innovating with unconventional solutions and growth strategies to surpass competitors
• Engaging in strategic product development and leading cross-team initiatives
• Analyzing the market and competitors to determine performance marketing requirements and advantages
• Developing a comprehensive and user-friendly revenue-generating funnel (including Creatives, User Acquisition, and Monetization)
• Project management and optimization of team workflows

• Proven experience in growth or marketing
• Understanding of web technologies, frameworks, and development processes
• Knowledge of web analytics and data-driven decision-making. Experience in A/B testing
• Experience in A/B testing tools
• Experience with B2C products (a huge advantage)
• Strong customer empathy, with an ability to transform complex data and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap
• A "driver" personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for a great collaboration
• Excellent English skills (B2+)
