We are seeking a colleague to join and manage our community engagement team, to assist in establishing, maintaining, and building relationships with communities & local stakeholders via continuous communication, along with the oversight, management, administration and strategy of the Ignitis financial grant programmes in relation to our ongoing developments across all countries of operation. Obowiązki
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to Community Managers across all locations and countries
- Oversee community engagement strategies, practices, performance, and ensure the standardisation of community engagement methods and best practices across all locations, while also tailoring approaches to meet local needs and practices
- Oversight and management of the financial aid application process; along with the individual country community managers, as well as the review, funding process, and ensuring alignment with local requirements, across all territories of operation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement & development, increased efficiency, and streamlined practices across different locations and countries
- Identify, manage, and coordinate third-party vendors to assist with community engagement processes, ensuring consistent and efficient execution of initiatives
- Foster the professional growth and development of community managers promoting consistency and excellence in performance
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with community engagement and financial support efforts across different countries
- Collaborate closely with communication functions, project managers, and heads of countries, to align community engagement strategies with larger project objectives and regional priorities.
Wymagania
- Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as community development, public relations, business management, or a related discipline
- Have several years of demonstrated experience in community engagement, or a related field. Knowledge of the energy or renewable energy industry, including an understanding of the unique challenges, regulations, and opportunities in different regions and countries would be an advantage
- Have a strong track record in leadership and proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, promoting professional growth and achieving results
- Have strong written and oral communication skills in English language
- Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders, including community members, project managers, and government officials
- Are strategic thinker, oriented into problems and with abilities to develop and implement effective community engagement strategies on a global scale
- Are able to navigate and thrive in an environment with a degree of uncertainty, demonstrating adaptability and the capacity to make informed decisions in evolving situations
- Are willing to travel and work in different locations and countries, as required.
