Junior Lawyer (ESG)

We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Team that is a part of our Legal Fund Governance Department.

• Analyzing current national and international ESG regulation, legal review of ESG strategies for the funds, and providing legal advice to our departments on all relevant ESG issues for our funds.
• Reviewing, negotiation and processing of fund documentation with various business partners of all group companies. The focus is on investment terms and conditions, sales prospectuses, investor information documents, outsourcing and investment advisory agreements and distribution agreements.
• Handling legal issues for our management, specialist departments and affiliated companies
• Legal support, processing and evaluation of national and international legal developments such as directives and legislative proposals / advising the specialist departments with regard to the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements for the investment business.

• Educational background / diploma in Law
• Professional experience and interest in ESG related topics, preferably within financial services industry
• Very good English and German language skills
• Interest in German and international investment law (Luxembourg, Ireland)
• Organizational and time management skills
• Very good English skills
• Ability to work in a team and focus on quality
