Integrated Communication Senior Manager

As an Integrated Communication Senior Manager, you will leading Integrated Communication Planning team in media strategy and planning areas, as well as offline execution for all Danone brands. You will cooperate closely with various teams, primary with marketing and digital connections within company and relevant external agencies.

• Supporting brand teams and leading development and implementation of Integrated Communication Plans
• Supervising the offline media plans and execution in synergy with overall ICP and digital plans
• Managing cooperation with media agency
• Achieving media related targets and tracking performance of media and ICP
• Annual and ongoing negotiations with media agencies and suppliers
• Coordination of declarations levels, freezes and media budgets
  

• 7+ years of experience and successful track record in senior strategic and planning roles in media agency and/or medium/big companies
• High level of media and consumer connection expertise
• Experience in building and managing team and establishing process and ways of working
• Good skill in negotiations, communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial
• Courage to challenge status quo and search for disruptive solutions
• Strategic capabilities as well ability to perform executional tasks
• Fluent Polish and English language
