IT Business Analyst

• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
• Partner with stakeholders across units/departments, e.g. business, finance, security, compliance, back office, product, to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial and executive teams
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation, e.g. registers, epics, user stories
• Evaluate, analyse and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis; maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximise effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimised systems integration; respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
• Collaborate closely with the R&D teams (System Developments, Data Scientist)
• Refine products backlog
• Adopt Agile methodologies to develop software
  

• IT/ Software Project Management experience (3+ years)
• Business Analyst experience (3+ years)
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban development methodologies (3+ years) as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analytics
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Ability to handle multiple demands and solve problems
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent communication in English
• Experience collecting and building a business’s requirements (Epic, User Stories) for development teams
• Experience working with Jira
