(Junior) Product Owner - Customer Success

In your daily role, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to review the current challenges in our SalesForce platform. As a product owner for commercial excellence, you will start with our stakeholders in understanding their requirements and explore solutions with our technical partners. Along with your team, you will agree on the timeline of the deliverables and have an impact through revenue increment or better productivity while aligning with the bigger OLX goals.

You will report into our Head of Commercial Excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leaders across OLX to create and drive the strategic vision for our commercial excellence. You will be working with Stakeholders and local teams from 14 business units across 8 countries

• Plan the quarterly priorities for the team, measure and track the progress of the priorities/initiatives
• Maintain the strategy of the current CRM: Salesforce
• Work with cross functional teams and our vendors to implement newer features easing customer efforts and improving customer experience
• Partner with country operational teams to launch scalable and future-relevant products in optimum standards while catering to local needs.
• Manage sprints and own the backlog management process

• 2 + years of experience in product or program management, product marketing (end to end product delivery)
• Ability to collaborate and manage multiple projects in a fast changing environment
• 2+ years of experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements
• Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• English fluency
