We are currently looking for new colleague to join our team

JUNIOR PV PROJECT COORDINATOR

• Entering data, contracts and contractors into SAP system
• Administrative support for developers of the PV Development department (RES)
• Contract administration and document archiving
• Registration of decisions issued by external institutions, keeping a register of powers of attorney
• Generating reports and ordering payments in the SAP system
• Maintaining correct and transparent project documentation

• Very good knowledge of English, Polish native
• Experience in administrative work
• Interest in the renewable energy industry
• Ability to work in a team
• Ready to work in our office in Warsaw in hybrid work model
• Good organizational and communications skills
• Knowledge of Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of construction procedures and SAP program will be an advantage
