- Requirements: 5+ years of legal experience, 2+ years of leadership experience, excellent command of English (CERF C1)
- Salary: from PLN 14 000 Before Tax (B2B) / from PLN 11 700 Gross (UoP)

Obowiązki
- Overseeing, managing, and motivating a team of legal professionals, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively perform their work.
- Assessing and managing team performance, providing constructive feedback, guidance, and support to facilitate professional growth
- Assigning and monitoring cases and legal matters, ensuring efficient and timely management.
- Being responsible for the legal team’s goals, strategy and results.
- Identifying and mitigating potential legal risks and liabilities for the company.
- Establishing and maintaining strong internal relationships with other departments, team leaders, and stakeholders.
- Working closely with the company management and assisting them in corporate matters.
- Providing comprehensive legal support for the Business Development team, including reviewing and negotiating business contracts, providing advice in project-related legal issues, assisting in debt collection.
- Providing other teams with legal advice in their day-to-day duties, including Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Assisting in introducing new tech solutions into the company business and operations.
- Ensuring legal compliance of the company’s internal processes and documents with the applicable laws.
Wymagania
- A master’s degree in law.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the legal field.
- Proven leadership and team management experience of minimum of 2 years.
- An excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- A deep understanding of business and ability to be a valuable partner for business teams.
- A solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations and ability to assess their impact on business.
- A growth mindset, openness for feedback and professional development.
