Obowiązki
- Developing and executing end-to-end campaign strategies, including audience targeting, messaging, creative direction, and media planning
- Driving brand awareness and user growth through strategic campaign execution
- Collaborating with external creative and media agencies to develop and execute campaigns, including partnering with influencers/content creators
- Managing the delivery of creative assets across markets, ensuring consistency and quality
- Optimising regional channels to streamline and improve regional marketing processes, maximise campaign performance, and fuel business growth
- Conducting thorough performance analysis, reporting on campaign metrics, and continuously optimising the funnel based on performance insights
Wymagania
- A proven track record as a successful Marketing Manager with a focus on brand awareness and collaboration with external agencies
- Experience in managing the delivery of creative assets across multiple markets
- A performance marketing mindset to leverage influencer, content creator campaigns, and other channels as engines of growth
- The willingness and ability to delve into funnel metrics and continuously enhance the funnel based on performance data
- Creativity in developing innovative campaign ideas and selecting suitable brand ambassadors
