Manage communications with external clients and their medical teams, investigate their feedback, respond promptly, and propose effective solutions to any issues raised.

Leading presentations of clinical governance, medical content development, and technology use cases of integration critical workflows between patient and provider.

Participate in conceptualizing the user/patient journey.

Support to improve and maintain our medical database. Develop accurate and up-to-date medical content from credible scientific articles and research. We use resources such as UpToDate and BMJ.

Supporting our Sales, Implementation and Customer Success teams in conversations focused on clinical validation, use cases, value demonstration, and impact on business.

Coordinate clinical evaluation processes, provide insightful feedback, and troubleshoot medical issues raised by our partners.

• Graduate in medicine - we don’t expect any specific specialization
• Knowledge / Skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities and an independent work style
• Proficient communication skills with a knack for presenting data clearly and accurately
• Business-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using computer programs and applications, such as G Suite
• Fluency in Polish and English at the C1 level, including medical terminology
• Ability to work at least 60 hours a month - we work remotely, but it would be great to see you in Wrocław from time to time
• Prior experience in research
• Experience working in a tech-oriented organization
