Tech To The Rescue is looking for an NGO Relations Manager to join our team! You will work closely with top Social Good Organizations. Your major responsibility would be to acquire new capable community members – ready to build digital solutions with reliable Tech Partners.
If you are a persistent, goal-oriented person and our vision and mission resonate with your DNA – this is most likely the role for you!
Obowiązki
- Acquire non profit organizations to join our community pool and submit their projects
- Guide the non-profits throughout the matching process and take care of the NGO user journey
- Be in charge of NGOs user experience
Wymagania
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Tech-savvy enough (we don’t want you to know the difference between Java and JavaScript, but we definitely will be happy if you are able to learn new soft quickly)
- Empathetic person, who speaks non-profit language and wants to help people; is aware and concerned about world crises
- Is good at networking
- Focuses on the core activities, has great time-management skills
- Courageous and open-minded :)
- Possess great sense of ownership
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of international non-profit ecosystem and its specifics
- Experience of working in social / tech world (non-profit experience or social enterprise experience)
- Excellent communication skills and experience of communicating with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in English and in any of this UN languages: Arabic, French, or Spanish
Nice To Have
- Communicative skills in German
- Humanitarian background (studies, volunteering or work)
- Innovative tech mindset
- Sales experience
- Social media presence (LinkedIn)

At Tech To The Rescue, we are building a community of changemakers willing to scale up positive social impact using technology. We match the most effective NGOs with professional teams from top IT companies to create digital solutions addressing some of the world’s most pressing problems.
In the last year, we initiated over 50 collaborations in 12 countries, with an estimated influence on ~1M lives. In the next 3 years, we are planning to match 2000 organizations and have a positive impact on 50M people!
We are on a Mission to make it an industry standard so that IT companies at least once a year engage in building Tech For Good solutions. This should allow our Vision to come true – the world in which Social Good Organizations have the technology as well as other necessary resources and tools to massively scale their social/environmental influence.
