The Operations Planning and Analysis Expert will have key responsibilities in supporting the Front Line team at EcoVadis.

Data analyst team is to ensure data accuracy, data governance for the KPIs owned by Frontline (ex. New ARR), alignment with Finance and other business partners on budgets/targets/results, design/develop dashboards to monitor KPIs, and provide the right data for consumption by RevOps/Frontline Leadership for running the business and resource planning (ex: productivity, headcount).

Responsible for the planning and analysis across all Front Line teams (Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, Customer Care/Support). This role involves budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, building reports/dashboard, and quality control within the Analytics Team (part of RevOps team).

Obowiązki

This position will primarily focus on the following tasks (but will not be limited to):

  • Coordinate Operations budgeting & forecasting process for Sales, Customer Care/Support and RevOps teams
  • Coordinate the delivery of a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly results and forecast for Front Line, including KPIs on operational performance and capacity planning
  • Driving results and decisions in the RevOps team through data analysis for effective decision making and tools implementation to achieve business targets
  • Manage activity forecasting and teams Capacity/Staffing models to ensure that the teams are staffed appropriately
  • Analyze information and provide data driven recommendations to improve results
  • Work on team performance analysis to improve efficiency, work with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to deploy and optimize production monitoring/reporting tools

Wymagania

  • At least 3 years of experience in Operations, Finance or Business controlling role
  • Experience in budgeting process is a must
  • Strong analytical orientation
  • Resourceful, using problem solving and analytical skills, structured and organized
  • Self-driven, with a skill for digging deep into problems
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
  • Results oriented and team player
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel or Gsheets skill
