We are currently looking for Junior Specialist for Invoice Registration in SAP

• Managing an e-mail box with incoming invoices and e-mails from suppliers;
• First verification of received invoices;
• Coordinating the process of sending invoices to the SAP system and ensuring the completeness of documentation in SAP;
• Preparing ad hoc reports;
• Contact with other departments.

• Good knowledge of English and Polish
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Good work organization;
• Openness and positive attitude
