The Summer Internship Program will enable you to discover the most trusted sustainability ratings from within and see how the different teams are working together in the truly CSR business environment. We are looking for an intern to join a cooperation between the Sales Department and the Digital Team in Paris for 4 months. The intern will have an opportunity to use their creativity in projects involving the tasks related to both departments.
Obowiązki
The tasks will include, but will not be limited to:
Optimization of the usage of our Go-To-Market (GTM) Tools such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo through:
- Data maintenance on the tool
- Update of the GTM Intranets
- Creation of internal "How-To Guides" on our GTM Tools for the end users
- Participation on GTM Tools Trainings to the GTM Team under Management & Mentor supervision
- Active participation in internal committee around adoption and optimization of GTM Tools
Also:
- Support tool management and schedule meetings with vendors
- Under supervision, work with internal stakeholders to capture business requirements for new tool acquisitions
- Capture notes and action items during internal and external meetings
- Participate and support tool training/adoption
- Support ROI analysis of GTM tools
Wymagania
- Full proficiency in English is a must
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A Team player that has the capacity to work in an international environment
- Someone who is able to work independently when receiving clear guidelines/instructions from Management
- Someone who is acting in a responsible and accountable way with tasks assigned to her/him
- An interest for Technology & B2B Tools will be a plus
- Any exposure in previous internship/jobs on CRM (Salesforce) and other tools such as Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo will be a plus
- Someone with either a Business or Engineering background will be great for this role
- Exposure to Jira and Wrike (or similar tools) would be a plus
