🤘Already, 3000+ graduates have landed their first IT jobs in just 4 months of training. We successfully launched our business in Poland and Brazil and have plans to expand to other countries.

As we are growing in Poland we are looking for a +1 Sales Manager to join our team. Your main task will be to sell educational courses by phone.

Obowiązki

  • Phone sales of our courses for the Polish market - work with inbound leads;
  • Responsible for building a robust, fulsome, and validated sales pipeline;
  • Working with the CRM system;
  • Suggest ideas on improving the quality of negotiations and increasing sales conversions.

Wymagania

  • Solid experience in B2C phone sales;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, consistency;
  • Fluency in Polish and Intermediate English;
  • Have an in-depth understanding of how the Polish market works.

You`ll join the Polish team as the third Sales Manager. We believe that the best specialists develop alongside their peers, so we hire only top sales managers. As a result, our sales team breaks records/exceeds previous results every month.

Recruitment process:

Call with the recruiter (in Google Meet);

Test assignment;

Culture fit interview with company co-founder and recruiter.
