As a Senior Sales Executive, you will unlock new business opportunities at large healthcare networks that will play a decisive role in developing relationships and partnerships, contributing to the growth of our revenue engine in the UK. You’ll also have support from our Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize the value and success of your efforts.

Unlocking new business opportunities

Identifying, exploring, and developing new avenues for growth through various channels. You’ll support, build, and navigate relationships with clients and prospects with multiple influencers and stakeholders. You’ll be involved in market research, building a strong customer database, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth effectively.

Implementation and execution of the sales strategy

You’ll be accountable for the effective implementation and execution of turning a sales growth plan in the designated territory into results. This also involves allocating resources and building processes to support sales activities and the ability to adapt and pivot when necessary.

Demonstration of sales excellence

After thorough onboarding, you’ll be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the product, its impact, and its value, which will translate to exhibiting a high level of performance and proficiency in the sales process. You demonstrate strong communication skills, effective negotiation and closing skills, and a results-oriented approach to selling.

Representing Infermedica at conferences, trade shows, and local events

Being the face and voice of the company at conferences, trade shows, and local events. Conducting product demonstrations, delivering presentations, and networking with attendees and other industry professionals. Exhibiting a customer-centric approach by promoting the company and its offerings, building brand awareness, and generating new leads and business opportunities.

Cross-collaborative work within an organization

Bringing fresh ideas to the team (we are looking for a person who is passionate about the industry and would be excited to help grow our company). You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to share your expertise, information, and resources to align efforts and achieve a shared objective.

Wymagania

Experience

  • 10+ years of sales experience operating in the healthcare providers' market in the UK, Ireland, and Scotland
  • Experience navigating the NHS and large healthcare networks and understanding their needs/challenges

Knowledge / Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, data, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including presenting to C-level executives
  • Willingness to expand your knowledge about digital health products and integrations

Nice to have

  • Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare news, trends, and regulations
  • Network of healthcare professionals in the digital health space
