Structured Finance Manager

We are currently looking for Structured Finance Manager to join our Team

Our Structured Finance Manager coordinates the process of gaining financial funding, negotiating loan agreements and making financial recommendations to complement project realization across EU countries and potentially US.

• Creates and verifies financial models for analysis of debt sizing and debt financing
• Coordinates the process of gaining financial funds
• Coordinates financial Due Diligence process in the field of credit documentation regarding Wind, PV Farms and transactions
• Contacting banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, etc. regarding financing
• Negotiates the terms of the loan agreements with banks
• Presents recommendations to the financing committee
• Support the M&A team and project finance director in all tasks related to financing
• Coordination with corporate finance team to ensure synergies across corporate banking activities
  

• University Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or Management.
• 5-6 years relevant experience with project finance in project finance department of the bank or one of the Big4 companies in project finance advisory.
• Fluent English and Polish
• Advanced Excel and Office
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Advanced analytical skills
• M&A skills (valued) – it might be asked to support M&A side of the team
• International experience
