Sustainability & ESG Consultant/Advisor/Coordinator

• Developing and delivering ESG Strategies (assets)
• Net Zero Carbon Projects
• Green Building Certifications
• Sustainability and Health & Wellbeing projects
• Managing reporting and GRESB-submission projects
• Managing reporting in EU Taxonomy, CRREM

• Studies in Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar training; Master in Sustainability or Corporate ESG Strategy would be valuable
• Experience in a role with similar responsibilities
• Experience in delivering projects involving building sustainability certification appraisals (BREEAM, LEED, WELL, other similar), carbon footprints, building energy audits, carbon management services, climate change assessments, the net zero transitions (embodied or net zero operational buildings), or related services
• Experience in the use of energy modelling of buildings using specialized software
• Experience in GRESB reporting would be beneficial but not essential
• Experience in CRREM would be beneficial but not essential
• Experience in EU Taxonomy would be beneficial but not essential
• Track record in developing a profitable business in energy management
• NFRD, CSRD knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
• Interest in energy efficiency and sustainability in buildings
• Fluent in English & Polish (both written and spoken)
