About the team

Sustainability & Economics team provides support to private and public companies in their transformation from economically oriented entities to organizations that consciously build their value through active management of the economic, social, and environmental impact. The team consists of economists, engineers, and environmentalists.

During your daily work in our team, you will be responsible for:

• desk research and preparation of analyses related to the area of sustainable development and communication of ESG topics by brands;
• consumer insights search;
• participation in the creation of ESG strategies;
• participation in the creation of Brand Purpose and communication of companies with various stakeholder groups;
• participation in projects related to broadly understood sustainable development.
  

You are a perfect candidate if you:

• have 2-3 years of experience in a position related to the Sustainability/ESG/CSR or Marketing/Communication area;
• have experience in developing communication strategies, analysis of consumer research issues, research;
• gained proficiency in English (min. C1 spoken and written);
• are willingness to constantly develop – curiosity to take on new challenges
• have the ability to combine creative and analytical thinking;
• have the ability to independently formulate conclusions based on data from various sources;
• act as a partner for the client having the ability to identify business challenges related to sustainability and search for solutions;
• are driven by entrepreneurship, initiative, courage.

Recruitment process:

Stage I - we will read your CV carefully

Stage II - you will be asked to complete online analytical and English tests

Stage III - online interview with an HR representative

Stage IV - online interviews with representatives from the Sustainability team. The talks will also include a case study solution.
