Tech Acquisition Manager

Tech To The Rescue is looking for a person to work closely with top Tech Companies which are ready to build digital solutions for Social Good Organizations.

• Contribute to the acquisition and retention strategies and execute on them;
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, thoroughly track history of the relationship and status reports;
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with top tech companies via cold outreach and acquire them to join our pool;
• Support the community members’ problems and questions to maximize their satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with the companies existing in our pool and mobilize them to help nonprofits with digital solutions;
• Experiment with new ideas and strategies – we believe it’s better to apologize than to ask for permission

ABOUT YOU:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in sales;
• You are hungry for getting new skills and experiences;
• You have excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
• You understand tech / startup industry specifics;
• You have natural charisma and exceptional ability to build strong relationships with other people;
• You have experience of working with sales CRMs (e.g. Pipedrive, User.com, etc.) and emailing tools (e.g. Appolo, SendGrid, Mailchimp, etc.);
• You believe in the principle that “done” is better than “perfect”;

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience of working in SaaS;
• Experience of working in a high growth startup environment;
• Practical experience of working with such tools like Airtable, Apollo, Asana, Notion and sales CRMs
• Proficiency in any other language except of Polish and English;

In the last year, we initiated over 50 collaborations in 12 countries, with an estimated influence on ~1M lives. In the next 3 years, we are planning to match 2000 organizations and have a positive impact on 50M people!

We are on a Mission to make it an industry standard so that IT companies at least once a year engage in building Tech For Good solutions. This should allow our Vision to come true – the world in which Social Good Organizations have the technology as well as other necessary resources and tools to massively scale their social/environmental influence.
