We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Specialist with a passion for providing exceptional customer support and interest in backend development. In this role, you will collaborate with our customer service specialists to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers. As you grow in the position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our in-house CMS and explore backend development tasks.

We consider this position as an entry role to become a backend developer. That’s why we aim to guide you toward backend development in a stack of PHP & Golang.

Obowiązki

  • Collaborate with Customer Service Specialists to analyze, troubleshoot and fix technical issues reported by our Guests and Hosts.
  • Maintain and update the WordPress help center, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers.
  • Manage and optimize the live chat solution together with our Customer Service Specialists.
  • Contribute to the development of our in-house CMS & extending its functionality.
  • Assist in backend development tasks.
  • Reviewing application logs (Kibana & Sentry) to track down the causes of events and problems.
  • Utilize MongoDB Compass to work with databases and retrieve information as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and support product changes.

Wymagania

What are the basic requirements?
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Experience working closely with customer service teams, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Accuracy, thoroughness, and commitment to work.
Nice to have:
  • Basic PHP skills.
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS (we have our Help Centre hosted on WordPress).
  • Experience with live chat solutions (e.g., Tidio) and ability to manage and optimize its operations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Segment, Amplitude, and customer.io is a nice-to-have.
  • Basic knowledge of database concepts and experience with tools like MongoDB Compass.
