The User Experience Analyst will provide key inputs for planning and delivering strategic projects to bring to life Airly’s vision of high-quality automation solutions for Environmental Consultants.


This is a role defined by variety and action. You can expect broad and diverse responsibilities: driving product discovery and user research to inform Airly’s automation solutions, codifying existing users processes to identify the scope for automation, leading and executing market research and competition analysis to support the go-to-market strategy for new products, and supporting commercial decisions.


The role will report to the CEO, and work closely with the leadership team. In addition the role will work closely with Product and Software teams on the topic of new product development.

About you:

  • Create Customer Journey, draw user personas with their processes and scenarios on the flowcharts, investigate customers needs and pains and document it with relevant product discovery frameworks.
  • See patterns and learn rapidly; whether from user / expert interviews or desk-based research.
  • Superb communication skills; both written and verbal (a flair for copy-writing is a plus).
  • Rapidly build rapport and drive productive discussions with customers and internal teams, of all levels of seniority, across a wide-range of topics.
  • Data savvy; excellent quantitative skills, love to promote fast data-driven decision making.
  • Problem solver; able to quickly diagnose the root cause of a problem using data, recommend both a solution and plan of action, and lead people through execution.

Wymagania

Experience and skills we look for:

  • 5+ years of work experience in a demanding fast-paced environment (start-up / top-tier strategy consultancy (Bain, BCG, McKinsey)).
  • Ability to prepare and lead UX tests and qualitative / quantitative surveys with users.
  • Market research capability.
  • History of delivering results.
  • Experience of running a project (or directing a junior team member) is a bonus.
  • Native (or near-native) in English and Polish.
