Field Marketer Poland

Natec is a fast-growing organisation in the Netherlands and beyond that is embarking on a process of widespread internationalisation. We are looking for Field Marketers for our international marketing team to help us realise our international ambitions. You will contribute to successfully positioning Natec with customers, suppliers and (potential) colleagues in Poland, Belgium, Spain, and Germany. Along with our European marketers, you will work on "translating" our European strategy into a country-specific approach. As our Polish Field Marketer, you will take care of optimising our target audience outreach and putting Natec on the map.

You will be responsible for successfully implementing our marketing strategy in Poland, executing marketing campaigns and achieving commercial objectives, which are determined in consultation with European marketers, sales and procurement. We’re currently "too busy to get organised”, but that’s what we’re looking to change. That’s why we need your help and marketing expertise!

What will you do as a Field Marketer?

• Develop and execute the local marketing plan in line with the central marketing strategy
• Tailoring centrally coordinated marketing communications to Polish’s specific needs
• Putting out briefings to third parties (suppliers and other agencies) and monitoring deadlines
• Safeguarding our “Natec Brand Identity” and monitoring strategy
• Building and maintaining relationships with the sales & marketing contacts of our suppliers, while taking the initiative to negotiate and share your input
• Actively gathering market information in collaboration with the Polish team
• Feeding the local and central organization with local pricing and assortment strategy (market intel)

Who are we looking for?

• You have a degree in marketing, communications, economics from a university of applied sciences (HBO) or a similar degree
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a marketer and a commercial attitude
• Proficiency in Office365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You will need to visit our suppliers to organise and roll out co-marketing activities, attend events and will also have to travel to our headquarters in 's-Hertogenbosch to work with your fellow marketers and the teams from Spain, Germany and Belgium
• Visiting our customers in Poland will also be part of your duties
• You have a good command of the English language and are fluent in Polish. Polish roots are also important to us, as this will give you a better feel for the marketing needs of our Polish customers
• If, despite your interest in solar panels, you have no prior experience, we’ll teach you everything you need to know during the onboarding process 😉
