Infermedica is seeking an accomplished Head of Product Marketing with healthcare experience. This is an opportunity to lead the Product Marketing function and team, optimize strategy for an already best-of-breed product, and strengthen our Go-to-Market processes for a globally recognized company. As an integral member of a high-growth company, you will own Infermedica's understanding of buyers and segments, oversee Go-to-Market launches, and deliver the plan critical to helping future customers understand the full value of Infermedica's product suite. The Head of Product Marketing reports to the Global VP of Marketing, and will work cross-departmentally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, and Business Development. This is an exciting opportunity to work with all of Infermedica's solutions in support of health systems, insurance companies, telehealth companies, and patients across the globe.

Obowiązki

Enhancing a product marketing strategy

Collaborating with all internal stakeholders to ensure product marketing activities are aligned to a focused GTM and Product strategy - including taking the lead on positioning, buyer personas and journeys and sales enablement materials - to support Infermedica's growth goals.

Increasing adoption efficiently

Cooperating with relevant internal teams and customers to create product adoption assets aimed to increase product usage, including personas, user journeys, onboarding, and promotional materials, among others.

Product Positioning

Define the key target audiences and personas for customers. Developing value propositions of customer offerings to be communicated to patients and members.

Launching and monetizing new product development

Overseeing Go-to-Market launches and delivering the plan critical to help future customers. Understanding Infermedica's value proposition and maximizing the commercial potential of our products.

Communication

You will analyze customer communication channels and patient/member journeys, and provide recommendations for improvement. This includes providing a technical and UX analysis of customer implementations. Infusing the “Voice of the Customer” in applicable product marketing deliverables on connection with content.

Internal education

Oversee Infermedica's knowledge base (Help Center).

Cross-team cooperation

Partnering with Product and Commercial teams to take the lead on launching new Products and Features at Infermedica. Using a strong history and background of understanding Product Market fit identifying the needs of the Commercial teams.

Close cooperation with B2B customers

Working with Customers on ROI and Value and Impact programs. Identifying Case Study prospects and can navigate multiple different stakeholders at customers.

Wymagania

Experience

  • Minimum of 6-8  years of progressive product marketing experience - healthcare experience and medical devices are highly preferred.
  • Experience managing a team, tracking metrics on performance and outputs and collaborating with executives.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and create consensus within cross-functional groups without formal authority.
  • Experience presenting to clients and conducting customer interviews.
  • Identifying Case Study prospects and can navigate multiple different stakeholders at customers.
  • Exceptional writing skills that emphasize value storytelling for B2B audiences.
  • Ability to balance shifting priorities within the context of higher-level business goals and ambitious department goals.
  • Ability to learn new products and evaluate them from the market’s perspective.
  • A history of data-driven decision-making.
  • Extensive experience developing, evaluating, and optimizing product marketing strategy and assets for healthcare organizations (including AI, API-first).
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral, fluent business English) and proven experience in copywriting.

Knowledge / Skills

  • Quantitative skills with regard to data utilization, interpretation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Comfort in high-level business discussions with internal and external executives.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree with MBA Preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing enterprise software.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum is a plus.
  • Understanding of software and platform architectures is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market is critical. Experience with medical devices counts as two pluses :)
  • Google Suite, Slack, JIRA and video conferencing.
