The successful applicant will form part of Bolt’s Public Policy Team and work closely across functions including product, public relations and brand to deliver initiatives that dramatically enhance and widen the societal and economic benefits of shared mobility. Obowiązki

  • Setting the high level strategy for the [name of fund]; this will involve assessing the impact of a range of pilot projects before evolving these into a strategic framework that factors in modern ESG requirements and charitable foundation protocol.
  • Establishing a ‘best in class’ operating structure for the new fund, this will include establishing effective budget allocation processes, developing target KPIs and setting up efficient ways of working with other related teams.
  • Managing the operational ramp up of the fund from three pilot projects to ten ongoing initiatives by Q4 2024; setting roadmaps and timelines for various regions.
  • Ensuring effective external and internal communications around the fund’s establishment and ongoing themes and initiatives, working with the Policy and PR teams to ensure these tie closely to Bolt’s wider corporate narrative.
  • Creating and maintaining Bolt’s ongoing relationships with a wide range of transport, active travel, environmental and civil society organisations, to ensure the fund has the opportunity to support exciting and relevant initiatives at the earliest possible stage.
  • Representing the company at external meetings and events related to social impact within the shared mobility sector.

Wymagania

  • Ten or more years of experience designing charitable programs and initiatives that have delivered genuine impact to the development of a consumer sector.
  • A track record of successful approach and collaboration with senior officials of leading institutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills to support the set up and monitoring of contractual obligations (including financials, reporting, branding).
  • Corporate communication experience that would enable successful promotion of the fund and specific initiatives (including branding, launch and ongoing communications activity).
  • A thorough understanding of business operations, P&L and relevant legal constraints (including anti-bribery legislation).
  • Leading ESG training and (where possible) qualifications, including responsible marketing guidelines.
