Altaterra manufactures and delivers roof windows and is also a market leader in private label product offers, addressing the middle and low segments. We are a part of the VELUX Group with over 80 years' experience in manufacturing roof windows, yet we operate as an autonomous entity. We supply both the DIY and professional construction sectors as well as having a growing online market. •       Management of daily pricing operations across assigned markets (WE).

•       Collaboration with key departments involved in the pricing and commercial terms processes, in particular Sales, Finance, and Customer Support.

•       Development of pricing and commercial recommendations in-line with company strategy and implementation on operational level.

•       Development of new product/market price positioning guidelines.

•       Delivering pricing/market know-how into sales and marketing organization along with recommendations.

•       Continuous seeking of opportunities to improve company’s strategical price positioning and profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.

•       Active participation in various projects and activities not limited only to officially assigned markets.

•       Monitoring of cost factors impact on profitability, and recommendations for adjustments of pricing.

•       Sales and promotional activities effectiveness analyses and reports creation.

•       Recommendations and implementations of new pricing tools and other developments.

•       Carrying out all pricing, profitability and business development related analyses.

•       Coordinating price increase projects.

•       Ensuring legal compliance in all pricing operations.

•       Maintaining correct prices in the ERP system.

•       minimum 1 year of professional experience in pricing, commercial finance, sales analyses, business analyses, consulting etc.

•       Very good in English (written and spoken).

•       Very good communication and negotiation skills.

•       Solid business acumen and understanding of the commercial terms.

•       Confident in pricing strategy, implementation and integration.

•       High level of analytical skills.

•       Works independently, as well as within cross-functional teams.

•       Attention to detail & quality.

•       Improvement focus, willing to challenge the status quo.

•       Analytical skills to construct/interpret multiple complex analyses.

•       Ability to translate complex issues into simple, actionable recommendations.

•       Strong IT skills. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, ERP knowledge, Salesforce, PowerBI (nice to have).

•       Education in Business, Finance, Economics or related fields.
